Womens Fiction: Nineteen Minutes by Jodi Picoult

I was very impressed by this book. When I started reading it, I couldn't stop. And it has an ending that blew me away. Definitely a must-read!

Young Adult: Shatter Me (#1) by Tahereh Mafi

I've read this last year and I still remember how much I loved it. It was a 5 star book, without a doubt. Most of you YA lovers have probably already read it, but if you haven't: please read it soon! You will not be disappointed!

Fantasy: Darkfever (Fever #1) by Karen Marie Moning

Once you get into the story, you won't be able to stop reading. I read all five of the Fever books in a row. They just kept getting better and better!

Young Adult: Poison Study (Study #1) by Maria V. Snyder

Another great YA. I've only read the first book in this series but the ending leaves you wanting more, so the second book, Magic Study, is very high on my wishlist.

Young Adult: This Is What Happy Looks Like by Jennifer E. Smith

Honestly, I don't read a lot of contemporary YA's, but this one immediately caught my attention. The synopsis sounds great and I'm pretty sure this book is really good. (If not, I'm gonna be really sad)

Paranormal/Fantasy: Gameboard of the Gods (Age of X #1) by Richelle Mead

Whenever Richelle releases a new book, I don't even have to know what's it about. Everything she writes is awesome and so this book will be in my possession very soon!

New Adult: Fallen Too Far (Too Far #1) by Abbi Glines

I just came across this book on Goodreads and it looks very intriguing. I'm a sucker for forbidden love and all that stuff. Can't wait to read this one.

Chick lit: Body Check (New York Blades #1) by Deirdre Martin

Goodreads recommended this book to me because I read almost all of Susan E. Phillips' books, and since I'm a huge SEP fan, this book has to be good too. I love sports romances!

(I tried not to give any major spoilers in this review, but I couldn't write it without revealing a few things you might not want to know, if you don't like spoilers) 

This book turned out to be very different than I thought. It had some unexpected twists that weren't always positive. First, I thought it started kind of slow. I didn't really fell in love with the male lead character immediately. It took me awhile to really like him. The thing I also found a bit weird is that Josh found it so easy to agree to run away with Acacia. 

Then came the first twist I wasn't expecting. It's hard to talk about it without giving any spoilers, but let's just say that I definitely liked the second guy that came into Acacia's life. The whole experience she had with him was kind of weird to me, but Luca made up for a lot of the weirdness.

The ending was a bit unexpected too, but in a good way! It made me wonder what will happen next, and so it made sure I'm going to read the next book. Can't wait to see what will happen in the whole Acacia, Josh and Luca love triangle, now that everybody knows everything.

I'm giving Forbidden to Love 3,5 stars. I'm always in for book with greek gods in it and I really hope the second book will take that weird feeling I had with this book away.

Young Adult/Chick lit: Someday, Someday, Maybe by Lauren Graham
The Gilmore Girls is an awesome show. That's just how it is. So when I found out Lauren Graham (aka Lorelai) wrote a book, I got super excited. Writing is very different from acting of course, so I'm very curious to see how this book is.

New Adult: For You by Mimi Strong
I came across this author on facebook by accident and then found out she writes New Adults! And you all know I will never turn down a NA..

Paranormal Romance: Succubi Like it Hot by Jill Myles
I'm a huge Succubus fan and I really enjoyed the first book in this series. The second one is on the top of my to-buy list when I get back home in June.


Young Adult/Fantasy: Abandon by Meg Cabot
I love Meg Cabot. Her Mediator series is awesome, so after reading the first three of those (my library didn't have the others) I decided I want to read all of her book, and this one has been on my wishlist ever since.

Chick lit: Don't Want to Miss a Thing by Jill Mansell
Jill Mansell is an autobuy for me. I don't even have to read the summary to know I want to have it. Unfortunately it's not available in the US yet so I have to be patient.

Paranormal: Iced (Dani O'Malley #1) by Karen Marie Moning
I devoured the Fever serie by KMM so when I saw there was a spin-off I immediately placed it somewhere at the top of my wishlist. Have. To. Have. It!

Young Adult: Eve & Adam by Michael Grant and Katherine Applegate
I've been reading some mixed reviews about this one but the story sounds cool. I mean, building the perfect boy?? What girl doesn't want to do that?

Young Adult/Fantasy: Glimmerglass (Faeriewalker #1) by Jenna Black
I never get tired of reading about the Faerie. But I have to say, after reading the Wings series by Aprilynne Pike all of the other YA Faerie books kind of disappoint me..
