Results of the First Dutch Read-a-thon

As many of you might know, last week was the first Dutch Read-a-thon organised by Joany from Craving Pages. Sometimes, when visiting English blogs I read something about read-a-thons but I never actually participated in them. So this wasn't just The Netherlands' first read-a-thon, but also mine. Unfortunately, I had to work five days that week, four of them during the read-a-thon so I couldn't read all day. But during my spare time I made sure to spend as much time as I could with my books. So here are my personal results of the read-a-thon:

- I've read 5,23 books, one each day, from Monday 'till Friday and 23% of a book on saturday morning.
- I've read 1963 pages.
- I've read three Young Adults, one Woman's Fiction and one New Adult.
- I only gave one book 5 stars; the dutch version of Night Road by Kristin Hannah
- I gave the lowest rating (3 stars) to For You by Mimi strong

Now, I know I'm not the one who read the most book during the read-a-thon, but I'm very satisfied with my results. I'm happy I participated and I'm already looking forward to the next read-a-thon. Before last week I let other things get in the way of reading, but the read-a-thon gave me back my rhythm and my books are getting my full attention again!

Books read during the read-a-thon:

- Zomernacht by Kristin Hannah (Dutch version of Night Road)
- De Klauwen van het Woud by Carrie Ryan (Dutch version of The Forest of Hands and Teeth #1)
- For You by Mimi Strong
- The Book of Tomorrow by Cecelia Ahern
- Starcrossed (#1) by Josephine Angelini
- 23% of Seducing Cinderella (Fighting For Love #1) by Gina L. Maxwell

To everyone who participated, what are your results? And are you happy with those results?

  2. Het eerste stuk was ietwat saai maar dat had ik al op goodreads gelezen dus ik wist dat ik gewoon door moest zetten en toen werd hij ook echt mooi. Dus uiteindelijk vond ik het zeker een leuk boek!
